I have had mine for 5 years. They are comfortable to wear, come with a case and fit over my head well so that it doesnt dig into my ears. Typical Sennheiser - for me, these sound superb, aside from a very slight dip (or perhaps a failure to over-emphasize) in the "female vocal" sort of range. If the headphones have sound in only one ear or differing sound levels in each ear or the sound in general is not what you expected then it needs to be determined where the issue lies - with the headphones or with the audio source.
