Just made this with my gluten free flour blend. Im reading this recipe for Emergency chocolate cake while filling my mouth with your Cocoa Brownies from a couple of years ago. When I made it entirely with runny yoghurt the sugar amount seemed ok, but with coffee replacing some of the sugar it is a tad too sweet. So the amount was great for us, but obviously you could also double it if you wanted. my unofficially sanctioned comment is that you probably are overbaking. THIS CAKE LOOKS SO YUMMY!!!!!!
