I think it would basically go together just like the 20x20 extrusion designs, I would just need to drill holes for cross-bolts instead of the t-slots. I'm not sure i'd go this route though, go to a steel supply house and you can buy square steel tubing with thicker walls that can actually hold screws. I built my delta out of anodized aluminum round thing, but I found the stuff from mcmaster carr to be much better.
