Multiple attempts were made to haze him away from the area, unfortunately they were unsuccessful, and Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks staff decided he could not remain in the wild. Dog walking areas are huge. View the animals either OUTSIDE or INSIDE and come experience the majesty of grizzly bears, gray wolves, river otters and more. We would like to have stayed longer, but waited too long to make reservations.

You have to pack up all your stuff and leave the RV park by 11am and may not return until 1pm! We were in an older section with mature trees for nice shade.

I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else if you are visiting the west side of Yellowstone National Park. For our trip to Yellowstone, we decided staying outside of the park was a better choice for our preferences. We stayed in this great, well maintained RV park in a 40 motorhome. The park had bathrooms scattered throughout the park with laundry facilities at each location. We found this park to be among the most professionally operated parks we have stayed at.

Had a great stay at Grizzly! My rating is a 4.7. Only thing is I wish we booked for a longer stay. Not sure why campers think that is ok. We think the park could put up signs or send out emails to inform their guest campers that walking through other camp sites is not acceptable. Park is within walking distance of West Yellow Stone, but if elderly you might want to drive as it's not that close. They have 2 dump stations. We stayed at the beginning of the season in fact our first night was $35 since it was the off-season rate, then it went up to $65 for the rest of our stay. Yes, laundry service and self serve laundry are offered to guests. However it turns out the original reservation went through I did not get a confirmation but they did bill my credit card which I didn't see until today So after making other arrangements for a different park they called me and told me that I was late and therefore they were not refunding $112 nightly fee I drove to the location and spoke, to the supervisor Terry and the manager Darren only to be told that the policy was if you don't cancel your reservation 24 hours ahead of the arrival you pay the full price. That Said, I made reservations for July of 2018 and I had to cancel because my wifes mother past away and we just couldn't make it. We slept with the windows open, but lots of light came in from nearby hotel and security lights. Our first visit, but not our last!! We were asked to disconnect our water each evening and reconnect in the morning in order to prevent freezing. Part of a nice little town right a the entrance to yellow stone. The bathroom and laundry facilities were cleaned daily but the one complaint was the expensive and not very good laundry facilities after more than 30 minutes of having to restart the dryer every 5 minutes, the clothes were super damp. They rent cabins, some with a kitchenette and others without.
