Have you thought about taking a feed from the window switch illumination? You have to be kidding, I test drove a 2019 (back in 2019) etron and this ambient lighting was standard. i was hoping to have that as well that's the reason I sent my 3 week new Premium back for them to check. Mine are probably the interior footwell lighting, Window auto closed went raining need to have rain sensor works great on my A3, I think the ambient lighting mod allows you to change the brightness.
