There is so much to do at the Dunes with the indoor water park ,lots of games like pool, Ping pong, shuffle board and many more games to do. the staff was super friendly and helpful in keeping our group of friends together as we were having a mini reunion with our friends that we made when we all adopted our daughters from China. Yay!!!!! They did a make-over on day four, like the brochure says they do, no problem there either. Diapers, even swim diapers, are prohibited from all pools except the kiddie pools. Rooms are very nice, service was excellent, plenty of parking ..very quiet! With so many things to do why would i stay anywhere else? Very nice hotel and water park which was great for kids as the weather unfortunately didn't cooperate. I hope they will take into consideration making these hotels more accessible.We thought we could go through one of the restaurants because it was at the pool. It has everything from. We have stayed at THE DUNES VILLAGE twice already and can't wait to go back. We had an amazing room with a breathtaking view. it is not the newest or shiniest of hotels but it was clean and friendly. I one thing I love about the beach is being able to relax and enjoy life. Youll stay in one of two equally appealing towers, the Palms or the Palmetto. I had a wonderful stay. The room was ocean front and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. All the kids activities were amazing! Love it. We loved dunes village, staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!! We can't wait to go back again! Dunes Village is located in a quieter neighborhood, north of the most crowded stretch of hotels and motels. Dunes Village offers much more than a place to stay. But its only a five-minute drive to major attractions. Very comfortable bed. fun family resort but if you're looking for swanky this isn't it. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. It was Harley week and there were many bikers on the main strip, causing us to leave the original resort we had booked on the board walk due to the noise of bikers cruising down the strip late into the night and interupting our sleep. The kids had a great time at the indoor water park and the number of slides and pools here kept them entertained the entire time we were there. And they keep it very clean! Having their waterslides and pools inside with the ability to open the doors and have a ocean breeze while swimming is wonderful. We came from Florida and the rest came from Canada. First time since we started going. The deepest depth at any of the pools is 4 feet.
