The condo was clean and the staff very helpful, got back to us immediately with any concerns we had. Very nicely decorated, neat, great access to beach, great for older kids as they have Coligny to go to for ice cream, and shopping. I also loved the close proximity to Coligny plaza; lots of nice shops and good restaurants.

They had boogie boards in the closet which were amazing - my children loved using them and it was great to not have to make separate purchases for them! We hope to see you again soon! The upstairs TVs worked here and there but were not that technically savvy and couldnt figure it out. Working with them will help you make this important decision a well-informed one. 401 was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. Next to Coligny Plaza, across the street from the beach. You have your own needs that are specific to you. Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has 2 double beds. Grocery store within walking distance. He was extremely helpful in reducing both of their premiums. We loved the location as well. My favorite thing about the condo was how close it was to the beach; no more than a five minute walk. We will be staying here again. The owner, Pam, was easy to work with; Responded immediately with any concerns. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at North Shore 401! Joe understood my position completely and suggested and implemented a new plan more suitable for my finances and saved me thousands each year. This villa does not offer free breakfast. 
They also provided starter toiletries which was nice. I like Joe's manner, his knowledge of the plans and his attention to detail. Within a week I got confirmation that I was accepted into policy. He is knowledgeable about insurance options and super-serves your needs. He didnt try to upsell me either. We have rented this condo many times. Joe is very patient and answered all my questions. The main tv had some issues.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake. Joe provided excellent service. I spoke with Joe and got all my questions answered and all done within minutes ! For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 406 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road. We highly recommend the condo and Relax Rentals. He took a stressful situation and made it so easy to get enrolled in Medicare. The Guest bedroom has twin beds, an armoire with flat screen TV and a comfortable cushioned rattan chair. He helped me select the best supplemental and prescription plans to suit my needs. Great location.
He gave us the information that we needed and set us up with great medical plans. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the condo above needs carpeting as all you heard was the chairs scrapping along the floor at all hours of the day. The unit is nice but does show signs of wear. The condo was just as I expected; very clean and neat. We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves a few mornings. A lovely girls week on Hilton Head Island. It was my family of four plus my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone! He made it so easy and seamless to choose my options for supplemental insurance. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Joe DeAngelis gave me options to consider, called insurers on my behalf, and found the best rate for me. Free parking is not available at this villa. TFG puts on a seminar each year with Joe to help answer questions regarding Medicare and the supplements. The previous management company left a lot to be desired.
This was our second July 4th week spent in this condo. 
The location is perfect (just a quick walk across the road to the beach, or to shops). CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE ONLY.

I was expecting a nice condo based on the pictures that I viewed online. He also recommended what I need at the best value. The accommodations are very beautiful and pristine. Best of all, our simple process will not cost you a thing. Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a 22 inch LED flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. The field of health care supplemental coverage is very complex and confusing. We love the property and the location. He was very patient and thorough in answering our questions. The private bath has a tub/shower combination.With the ocean just across the street and all the amenities of shopping & dining just steps away at Coligny Plaza this will be a very special visit for your 2021 Hilton Head Island vacation!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it wont be the last. We actually sat on balcony and listened to music at night! Should have had this when checking in . The location is right near Coligny plaza and the beach. It was quick and easy. Pool and hot tub were right outside the door-only wish was that the pool was heated! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Mini golf, bike rentals and outlet malls all within a short drive. The living areas are completely tiled with bedrooms carpeted.
The kitchen had everything we needed. If I could give him a 300% score for knowledge & service, I would! My wife, son and I just spent a week at this beautiful location over New Years and had a great time! Full Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
The place was super nice and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We love the location and the size of it is great. We hope to see you again soon! This location and condo just makes my stay easy and had me coming back every year. The wraparound balcony is a perfect place to share a meal, with a table and chairs for four. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes! 4 Bikes! Joe helped me figure out which was best for my husband and me as we went into this next phase of life. Sunrise this morning was breathtaking.

Complex amenities include a 4th floor swimming pool and sun deck, a complex hot tub, access to inner courtyard area, as well as access to the large oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest complex across the street and legendary bar, Pool Bar Jim's. We specifically wanted to stay in this building to see if we liked it enough to buy a unit. Joe was very helpful in finding me insurance coverage. I felt right at home and very comfortable. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, with dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. It has space, comfort, and is so close to the beach. He was concerned about me paying so much for my insurance.He was quite helpful and put me on a much better plan that I can afford.
If you doctor accepts your Medicare, than they will absolutely accept your Medicare Supplement Plan. The location was wonderful. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at SeaCrest. I highly recommend Joe DeAngelis. We especially like the experience we have had with Seashore Vacations the past two years. Great golf. Answered all our questions and got us set up quickly.
