The cleaning of my dress was fine, but they sent my dress to another state, and they didn't notice the mistake. The box arrived promptly and the directions were very easy to follow. Also the cost was minimal compared to all of the places I had looked Into for cleaning and restoration before I remembered I had my kit. Garment bags are the easiest storage option and the least expensive. Very disappointed. I did not buy/add anything else. I received my dress back in no time. It was difficult to get a hold of someone, but when I did- the person was nice and sent me a delivery slip to send it back.

This process was so easy. I am very happy!! They managed to get all of the stains out. These stains can darken and become permanent if not dealt with quickly. My dress came back sparkling white, which was so awesome. It was fast & easy. I upgraded and had the engraving complete on the box (and the box is gorgeous with a window to view the gown)and it was perfect as well. The tracking information was incorrect, however, I received fast and nice customer service with the correct tracking number. Glad I got the handle option so that you can easily carry/transport the box (helpful for brides with heavier dresses also).
Both these companies send you packaging and labels. I was somewhat disappointed though because I asked for a beaded section of the crimson train to be brought around to the front so it would show in the window. I sent it to Memories and they kept me updated the whole time.
