It is like a standard gloss, but on steroids. I mean, that might not be the case at all but you never know! As I was applying from my pallet one day, I had it just the slightest bit tilted and two of the pressed glitters slid right out of the pans and onto the floor. But ColourPop, you know what you shouldnt put in your palettes? Sure, Fall is on the way but I can so get on board with a pretty pink palette and thats exactly what the Truly Madly Deeply Eyeshadow Palette brings to the table. But I wouldnt say the ud palette is dangerous like actual chunky glitter (which isnt safe for anyone or the environment). Those pressed glitters though Im not here for them lol.

I watched Colourpops swatch video for Kathleens new big palette they came out with, which also has 2 pressed glitters in it, and it annoyed me that they both talked about putting them on their lids and didnt say a word about them not being eye safe.
