Had to go to front desk and ask why elevator would take us up to correct floor.

There are no spa services available at this hotel.

Heating did not work sufficiently and made a loud racket, and there were no extra blankets, so we spent a cold January night there with very little sleep. For a fee, parking is available. The property tried to retain its historic look, but a large fountain was out of commission, areas further from the lobby were dirty, escalators not working, hotel access from parking garage was inconvenient (parking garage had missing chunks of concrete and the tiny elevator was disgustingly dirty), our bathroom hadnt been cleaned well for some time (grime in corners of floor and molding).
