Andy was very patient and detail in recommending the curtains and blinds to us. instruction was cleared enough and true enough,they got into my junk box. Jackson, the installer, came by himself, and yet was able to complete the job in less than the time allocated.
Now my home looks like a home. As the current date is near the Chinese New Year, I was afraid that it will be delayed, but Shawn arranged for installation to be done just 1 week after final confirmation, with the installation process taking less than 2 hours.

their response was fast to fix an onsite for me. The blinds totally transformed the house and am loving it every second of it. I have just had the outdoor ziptrack done, making my living room and balcony looking much more spacious.

Ive an awkward L-shaped window in the master bedroom, and the installer took the initiative to curve the track on the shorter side towards the wall to minimise light leakage. not pushy Was a bit disturbed when installer failed to come on the allocated time slot. There was some delay in the curtain for one of our rooms but Jash was quick to make it up by giving us 1 set of full height curtains for free, so service is Overall all the installations really gave our home a nice facelift.

I did try to get some Info from our Neighbours on price for blinds and was quite pleased that the quote was reasonable. My husband and I were looking for someone reliable who could help give us some advice for our home curtains and we chanced upon The Curtain Expert Facebook page.
We waited around 2 weeks from confirmation for installation and the guy who installed did everything within an hour!
Installer was very efficient too. The installer was friendly and taught us how to maintain the blinds. Went down to the shop and was serviced by Andy. My walk in wardrobe initial plan was wooden blind but only Andy suggested Korean blind the soft material that fits better for that constricted space.
