To it's benefit, the L'Oreal formula does leave the skin feeling moisturized and dewy. While I would prefer it without the fragrance, I find Biodermas Hydrabio micellar water to beboth the most gentle and the mosteffective micellar water in drugstores right now. I was just pointing it out because not all the bioderma formulations have fragrance, some do and some don't, but this makes a difference for some people. They have the ability to capture impurities while preserving the skins natural protective film. Though they've only recently become popular is the US, micellar solutions have been a beauty favorite in France for ages due to France's notoriously hard water. I love all of the bioderma cleansing waters, especially the one with the pink cap. Eyeliner being removed is the Shu Uemura Drawing Pencil in M Black 01. I'm stubborn. I picked both of these up when I was in France last summer. But for the left side, the solution was able to pick up more makeup when I pulled the cotton wool down from my eye while the right one collected the most makeup when the cotton wool was pressed down for those few seconds. I am using a Garnier(pink) after using my facial wash and I have acne scars and whiteheads. Lets see if I wanna do a comparison between this Garnier one and Bioderma?
